We are a premier Savings and Credit Co-operative exclusively for teachers in the Kingdom of Eswatini, established and officially launched in 1986. SNAT SACCO is the largest co-operative of its kind in the country, leading in both membership size and asset base.
We operate under the affiliation of the Eswatini Association of Savings and Credit Co-operatives (ESASCCO) and are regulated by the Co-operatives Societies Act of 2003, alongside the Financial Services Regulatory Authority Act of 2010.
Our governance structure includes a Board of Directors, supported by four key committees: Executive, Supervisory, Credit, and Education. The day-to-day operations are overseen by a management team led by the Chief Executive Officer, comprising approximately 43 staff members.
At SNAT SACCO, our purpose is to enhance the economic well-being of our members by providing affordable, quality financial products and services. Guided by this mission, we aim to position SNAT SACCO as Africa’s leading SACCO for economic independence.
Our strategic direction is shaped by a rigorous REET analysis, evaluating our Relationships, Effectiveness, Efficiency, and Threats. This process confirms that to remain a Relevant and Performing Organisation (RPO), we must focus on three strategic pillars:
These pillars form the foundation of our journey toward greater resilience, growth, and continental leadership.
We enhance the economic wellbeing of our members through affordable and quality financial products and services.
